# CSV to QBO Converter (Free), Import Any Bank CSV into QuickBooks

_Canonical: https://qbomaker.com/_

Turn any bank's CSV, Excel or text-based PDF export into a file **QuickBooks accepts** (`.QBO`),
plus `.QFX` for Quicken, `.OFX` for other tools, and a QuickBooks-ready 3-column CSV. An optional
balance-reconciliation check confirms opening + transactions = closing. Runs **100% in your
browser**, your statement is never uploaded. Free to try, no signup.

## How it works
1. Upload your bank CSV, Excel or text-based PDF (parsed locally).
2. Confirm the auto-detected columns (date; signed Amount or split Debit/Credit; description).
3. Pick `.QBO`, `.QFX`, `.OFX` or 3-column CSV and download.
4. Import, QuickBooks Online: Transactions → Bank transactions → Upload from file. QuickBooks
Desktop: Banking → Bank Feeds → Import Web Connect File.

## Why it's different
- **Private:** conversion happens in the page; nothing is sent to a server.
- **Correct:** valid OFX 1.0.2, signed amounts, unique FITIDs so re-imports never duplicate.
- **Any layout:** single signed amount or split debit/credit; US/UK/ISO dates; checking,
  savings or credit card.

## Pricing
- **Free, $0:** one full statement, unlimited transactions, no signup.
- **Pro, $29/mo or $250/yr** (save $98, 28% off, 3+ months free): saved per-bank templates, batch multi-file, payee cleanup rules, and the hosted Convert API + MCP server for firms and AI agents.
- **7-day Pro Pass, $10 one-time:** all Pro features for a week, no subscription — for a one-off backlog.
