It uses an ISO Date (YYYY-MM-DD), a single signed Amount column (spends negative, credits positive), plus a stack of extra fields QuickBooks doesn't want, Monzo's own Category, Notes and #tags, Address, Emoji, currency columns, and (on business accounts) a running Balance and Balance currency. ## Steps

1. Export your transactions from Monzo online banking as CSV or Excel.
